How We Protect Your Information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices, along with security measures, to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information.

Data transmitted between your browser and our Platform is protected using SSL/TLS encryption. Access to applicant and student records is restricted to authorised staff, controlled by role, and administrative actions on those records are logged. Uploaded documents are held in private storage that is not publicly accessible.

Payment information is handled directly by our payment provider and is not stored on our servers.

4

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

We may share limited data with:

  • Trusted partners and service providers who help us operate — including our payment processor, learning management platform, hosting and database providers, email and communication tools, and analytics providers
  • Mentors, facilitators, and internship supervisors, to the extent needed to deliver your programme and assess your work
  • Hiring partners and employers, where you have consented to be presented for placement or have asked us to share your profile
  • Third parties verifying a certificate or recommendation letter you have presented to them, limited to confirming the credential is genuine
  • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities, where required by law
  • Affiliates or subsidiaries, for administrative or operational purposes

All partners are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

5

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in and maintain your session
  • Remember your preferences
  • Measure site performance and campaign effectiveness
  • Attribute referrals correctly under our referral programme

You can disable cookies in your browser, but some parts of the Platform — including login and the student dashboard — may not function properly as a result.

6

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information
  • Withdraw consent for processing your data
  • Request a copy of your stored data
  • Object to certain types of processing
  • Ask us to stop sharing your profile with hiring partners

You can edit most of your profile information directly from your dashboard. Certain records — such as your student ID, enrolment status, and enrolment or completion dates — are maintained by us and cannot be edited by you; contact support if you believe any of these are incorrect.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admissions@internpulse.com.

7

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by applicable law.

If you delete your account or unsubscribe, we will remove or anonymise your personal data, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or security reasons. We retain a minimal record of certificates and recommendation letters we have issued so that credentials can continue to be verified by third parties after you leave the Platform.

9

Children's Privacy

Our Platform is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

10

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page and take effect once published. Continued use of the Platform after such updates signifies your acceptance of the changes.
