Terms and Conditions
The terms governing your access to InternPulse courses, internships, learning platform, and related services.
Welcome to InternPulse ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, courses, internships, learning platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our website or applying to any programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or apply to any programme.
Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree that all information you provide during application and onboarding is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
Internships are standalone work experience placements and assume you already hold foundational skills in your chosen track. We may assess your background during the application process and reserve the right to recommend a course instead where we judge that a better fit.
Account Registration
To access your dashboard, application status, and learning materials, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or a breach of security.
Applications, Admission, and Payment
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. Applications are reviewed against the requirements of the programme and the capacity of the cohort you have applied to.
Where a place is offered, your seat is confirmed on receipt of payment. Payments are processed through our payment provider, and fees are quoted at the point of application or offer. Cohort start dates, schedules, and delivery formats may change; we will notify you of material changes in advance.
Programme Structure and Access
Courses run for 16 weeks. They are structured, beginner-friendly training programmes and include a work experience internship as part of the programme.
Internships run for 4 weeks. They are standalone placements on a live team and do not include the training course.
On confirmation, you will receive access to your dashboard and to the learning platform for the duration specified for your programme. Access rights are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login details, learning materials, or project resources with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
Participation, Attendance, and Conduct During Placement
You are expected to attend scheduled sessions, meet task deadlines, and participate in your assigned team. During an internship you may work alongside other participants, mentors, supervisors, and in some cases partner organisations, and you agree to conduct yourself professionally, meet agreed commitments, and respect the confidentiality of any information shared with you by a team or partner.
We may withdraw you from a placement where attendance, conduct, or delivery standards are not maintained.
Intellectual Property
All course content, curricula, videos, text, images, graphics, templates, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of InternPulse and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any content without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of original work you create during your programme for portfolio purposes, except where a project is carried out for a partner organisation under separate terms notified to you in advance. You grant us permission to reference your work, in anonymised or credited form, for teaching, assessment, and promotional purposes.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
- Upload or share harmful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading content.
- Misrepresent your identity, experience, or qualifications.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the website or learning platform.
Certificates and Recommendation Letters
On successful completion, participants in both courses and internships are issued a certificate and a recommendation letter. Issuance depends on meeting the completion requirements of your programme, including attendance, task delivery, and conduct.
Credentials we issue may be verified by third parties through our verification page. Forging, altering, or misrepresenting a credential is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in revocation and permanent removal from the Platform.
Referrals and Rewards
Where we operate a referral or rewards programme, rewards are earned only for referrals that meet the conditions published at the time, and are credited at our discretion. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fabricated referrals, and other attempts to manipulate the programme will result in forfeiture of rewards and may result in account termination. We may amend or discontinue the referral programme at any time.
Hiring and Placement Support
Where placement or hiring support forms part of your programme, we may present your profile, portfolio, and credentials to hiring partners. We facilitate introductions only. Hiring decisions rest entirely with the employer, and we make no guarantee of employment, interviews, internship extension, or any particular outcome. Any published hiring statistics describe past cohorts and are not a promise of individual results.
Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to provide accurate and reliable content and a well-run programme. However, InternPulse is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Services, reliance on programme content, interruptions to the Platform, or the acts or omissions of hiring partners or third-party providers.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and programme access at our discretion where you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or fail to meet the participation standards of your programme.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page and take effect once published. Continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and tools for convenience, including our learning management system and payment provider. We do not endorse or take responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
